The Colon Cleansing Kit by Blessed Herbs is defined as an eight day colon cleansing program, not including the fasting period. However, to “achieve maximum amount of colon cleansing and mucoid plaque removal” you need to add one day to the cleansing program, making it a 9-day colon cleansing program. You also have an option to do a 30-day colon cleanse. Following this cleansing program can be quite difficult.
