The Almighty Cleanse is designed to detoxify, clean out and refresh your body without uncomfortable cramping or loose stools. The natural ingredients in the Almighty Cleanse™ may alleviate occasional constipation while gently enhancing your body's own natural internal colon cleansing process for thorough detoxification.

The Almighty Cleanse has three dietary colon cleansing plans that promises to enhance the effectiveness of the cleanse:

Basic Plan - With the Basic Plan, you don't have to change your eating habits. However, for best results we recommend eating more fresh fruits and vegetables at meal times. For example, eat several fresh fruits in the morning, and at lunch and/or dinner eat a large salad with all your favorites vegetables, like cucumber, tomato, broccoli, carrot, celery, or radish. Try to eliminate junk foods like candy, chips, donuts, white bread, fried foods, or soda for the seven days.

Master Plan - Eliminate all animal foods (including dairy products) and eat only whole plant foods like raw fruits, vegetables, beans, brown rice, oatmeal, and other whole grains for the seven days. Eat all the fresh fruits and vegetables. You may also incorporate a variety of fresh juices.

Almighty Plan - Try to drink only fresh fruit and vegetable juices for the seven days. You may include fresh fruit and vegetables in the raw, uncooked form. Every other hour, between the hours of drinking Formula Two, drink 12 ounces of fresh juice. You can combine several vegetables for a great energy boost like carrot, parsley, beet; swiss chard, or cucumber. You can drink more juice in the day if you like. You may not even be hungry during the seven days on the Master and Almighty Plan, since the Formula Two will fill your stomach and the juices will give you lots of energy. To break this cleanse, eat small amounts of fresh fruits for breakfast and a fresh salad for lunch on day eight and nine.
